We carry out an in-depth and internal study of all booths of the constituency, on all relevant parameters of political and statistical work and come up with strategies to win the election. We provide a graphic resolution of the entire field and its groupings as to how it is working and what needs to be resolved to win the voters’ trust and bridge the gap between voters. Thus, increasing the vote counts. Our main objective is to start a targeting campaign to create a strong wave in favor of our clients. Few other services that include herein are as follows:

Election Campaign Management: In this, we assist and guide our Clients to work door to door with voters and party workers at the grass-root level. Our role and objective is to start a Target Campaign to create a wave in our clients’ favor.

Door to Door Survey for household data: Here we focus on visiting each and every household, to collect data by verifying each name in the voter list along with their relevant details.

Door to Door Mass Campaign: To gain the support of voters, the leader needs to keep them informed and work for them along with knowing their problems. To make people happy and re-elect a candidate, the candidate must also properly advertise his/her work. Dronacharya helps the leaders do the same by going and appealing to each and every household, dropping letters and bills to keep the general mass informed. We get a list of the youngsters whose names should be added/enrolled in the voter list. We help our clients with proper promotions, hoardings and banners. We collect phone numbers from each and every household for future communication and correspondence.

Constituency Profiling: Here by means of area research, we keep a track of what is going on in the polling boots. Likes and dislikes of the people towards the leaders. We bring forward a clear profile of our client.

Voter list Correction: Here, we keep our focus on correcting the voter list. Their names, their address, if any new names are added, deletion of non-existing/expired voters, photo correction, caste details, contact numbers, etc…

War Room : We at Dronacharya have very strategically made a war room to help our client make strategies during the election considering various parameters and a lot of data which remains available to us.

Dronacharya considers setting four basic kinds of war rooms in political campaigns:

      1. Base-graph mapping war room: This is a set-up where you have the core decision-makers for a campaign working in one room or in close proximity. This allows the campaign to make decisions and act quickly when they see a threat or opportunity.
      2. Statistical research war room: On Election Day, the action shifts to get-out-the-vote, and the centre for monitoring this is the election-day war room. This is typically run by the Political Director of the campaign, and is composed of the regional political directors in charge of different swing states. The goal here is to get an early sense of the votes and devote resources through Election Day in different directions as needed. Each state and county has vote targets, and meeting all targets is how you win..
      3. View Tracking poll: Our team will keep a constant track about the position of all parties, by conducting regular surveys in the assembly segments till the last day of voting.
      4. Campaign Graph Plan Discussion: We help our clients with a statistical graph about conducting the rallies and promotions along with topics for his lectures before elections.

 

 

Mobile Marketing: Here we call each and every phone number of the household and make them aware about the clients work and also request for their votes in our clients favor.

Mobilizing the Party Workers: We organize a meeting with the party workers to mobilize for the election. We boost the strength of the party workers, by training them for polling booth agents and showing them varied means to increase the vote share of our clients.

Volunteer Training: Here we meet volunteers and train them for varied purposes during elections. Making them aware of the strategies. We provide them with training and make them ready for the Get Out Voter concept and also the Target Campaigning Concept as by giving the responsibility of every hundred houses to one individual party worker for getting out the votes in favor of our client.
